Silent Hunter: Reduce penalties for using Stealth while moving by 5 and can attempt to use stealth when running at a 20 point penalty. (Replaces Elven Magic ability)
Keen Senses: Elves receive a racial bonus of 2 on Perception checks.
Weapon Familiarity: Elves get a specialization in Melee (Swords) and Missile (Bows) as a racial bonus.
This character was made as a sample build for an elven sniper character. Players can copy and modify the build to suit if this is the type of character they want.
Using the laser sight and scope on the rifle raises weight to 16 lb empty, and 21 lb loaded but gives a bonus of 1 to hit at all times (7D+1) and on an aimed shot doubles range increments (600 ft at 8D+1). Can use True Strike (difficulty 6, 1 Arcane point, adds bonus of 20 to hit on shot made on the following round – can’t be used with aim and scope bonus but makes up for it with the extreme bonus value).
